I have several budgeting loans/crisis loans in my name. In the new year I'm thinking of doing a DRO as I'm struggling with my payment plans via CAB. Plus to pay them all off will take over 60 years lol.

DRO seems the way to go tbh.

Anyway, at the minute my OH is on Income Support and as such all the repayments for the Social Fund loans come from thier IS rather than from my Incapacity and DLA.

If I do a DRO and include the Social Fund Loans, will my OH go back to getting the full rate of IS?

Social fund loans are included. As things currently stand as soon as the DRO is in place you will not have to repay any of the loan. This may change pending the outcome of an appeal which we should learn the answer to shortly. You may have to continue paying the deductions until the end of the 12 month period. Then anything else will be written-off.
