Ok guys need Help!

 

Had a letter from CSL said they have had a final warning and may take me to court to recover a debt of £202 for a three dongle that i have held in dispute has they cancelled the contract in march due to coverage issues i have no written proof of this only a phone call with an advisor that three seem to don't want to check there backlog of calls.

done all the right thing has with dispute letters etc just wondered if anyone can tell me what to do next please.

You could send a Subject Access Request to three, specifically requesting a copy of the telephone logs that relate to you.

Stick to the CAG mantra which is everything in writing... probably time to make an official complaint to 3 in writing and CC in this firm chasing, send recorded or at least get proof of posting from the post office when sending.

Ah the old postcard trick... yes its meant to intimidate and most companies send them just to put you on edge... in fact they tend to ring on that day rather than actually visit, the clue is in the "calling" rather than "visit".

 

I'm afraid you cant rely on it being in "dispute" to avoid court, recent court cases mean they can still take you to court even if there is a major discrepancy tbh, they cant get a judgment until they sort it but they can initiate court proceedings. Personally I'd get that complaint off in writing, copy in this company and then wait for there next move.
