Hello everyone - new to forum and in need of urgent advice. I have been a customer of Abbey for in excess of 25 years. Once or twice a year I do go over drawn and get charged through the nose. On my recent statement I have been charged £50 for going over my overdraft limit and them paying a DD! I would guess I have been charged between £500 to £600 in this way over the past years (though I don't have all my statements). Where do I start? What are my chances with Abbey as I hear they can be difficult?
