Hi i guaranteed an overdraft facility joint and severally with my now deceased business partner. The business failed and natwest and now shoosmiths acting on there behalf are pursuing me to repay. I reluctantly agreed to pay £100 per month in may 2010 to stop court proccedings now my finances have worsened and following advise from payplan have contacted all my creditors offering a tpken payment of £1 per month to each of them, all bar shoosmiths have agreed they are now threatening to take me to court again to get a charge on my property at the moment we have more going out than coming in what can i do :-(

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
