Interest only Lifetime Mortgages

I need information on Interest only Lifetime Mortgages from Caggers who have personal experience having taken this route and if possible the most reliable companies supplying this service. I have my own mortgage free home which I have lived in for many years but I require the money to maintain the house in the near future

Do you mean equity release? If so, then you must see an independent financial adviser before making a decision.

If you have access to the Internet then you can find lots of info. It's a minefield though and you have to know exactly what you're getting into which is why you need an IFA.

I am just letting you know that as you haven't had any replies to your post yet, it might be better if you post your message again in an appropriate sub-forum. You will get lots of help there.

 

Also take some time to read around the forum and get used to the layout. It is a big forum and takes a lot of getting used to.

 

 

Once you start to find your way, you will soon realise that it is fairly easy to get round and to get the help you need.
