Hello bodge, welcome to the forum. I just noticed this.

You haven't posted on the forum for Employment queries, this is 'sticky'. I'll ask the site team to move your post to a thread of your own, then maybe you could give us bit more information so we can help you.

My best, HB

Lots more details please. What is the injury, when did it happen, what were the circumstances, what has happened since then, and anything else you can think of - for starters! We need to know a lot more to answer.

I wouldn't entertain it. GP's are not the right level of doctor you need for a personal injury claim. They are trying to have you over. Normally in a PI case a medico-legal report is done. These people are especially trained in the ways of writing these reports GP's are not. I say again speak to you solicitor before doing anything.
