DRO finished but Halifaxx still chasing???

ok, not my issue but my mother.

 

My father and mother entered into a DRO set up with help from Citizens Advice. The DRO is now finished a month or so ago for both my father and mother , well especially my father as he sadly died from cancer in early august. My mother has always informed the folks dealing with the DRO of any changes etc.

 

Since the DRO has ended Halifax have still persisted in harrassing my late father and also my mother who is now on the most basic of benefits since losing her carers allowance for looking after my father for the last 15yrs.

 

I am uncertain as to what to do next, it should have been written off with the DRO ending. She is worried but won't let me know how much and is keeping a brave face on this. The CAB are saying Halifax shouldn't do this etc and have sent letters telling them so but to no effect it seems?.

 

Any advice folks?
