Hi Violet,

If you have already got the information that you need from the bank, to reclaim the charges, is there any need to reply to this letter from them ?

Hi Violet,

Haha, it was nothing to do with your English. I missed the big NAT WEST heading at the top of their letter.

Hi Violet,

I have moved the above posts into a new thread which I've opened for your Nat West case.

This will keep this case separate from the Barclays case and avoid me getting confused again.

If Nat West are now happy that you or your husband's signature is ok, you can write requesting copy statements as follows:-

Dear sir or madam,

Account No: xxxx xxxx

Thank you for your letter dated 7th August sent in response to my Subject Access Request of xxdate.

It would be helpful to me if you would supply my account data in the form of copy statements, as kindly offered by you.

I look forward to your full reply with my data as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

I suggest you or your husband sign the letter with a signature that the bank will recognise.
