no problem happy to help....we are hoping judge says i agree with you and here is your money for the time and inconvenience godebt has put you through...its in the bag honest!!! sometimes a couple of weeks..before courts get themselves in gear

handed my set aside forms in on friday so im praying the judge see's sense will let you know soon as i hear anythng still not hear from go debt by the way

just a waiting game now...courts will give a date in a week or two..dont worry...judge has to follow points of law..so it is in the bag...godebt are gonna lose yet another one....

nope....godebt 18 for nil so far....yep post maybe one day these clowns at godebt will get the message....its about time of they were slapped over issuing these stat demands...didnt 1st crud get fined not so long ago for doing the same thing?|

hi just quick up date just got off the phone from the courts and there sending an hearing date is this normal or is it not a good sign? no contact from godebt as of yet

A hearing is part of the set aside process.

That I don't know but I don't think a judge would look very kindly on someone issuing an SD and then to appearing at a set aside hearing.
