DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Yup, they're working on Emley moor transmitter at the moment prepairing it for the digital switchover. Digital UK - Yorkshire TV region

From Wednesday 14 April, households receiving their TV services from the Emley Moor transmitter may experience a temporary loss of some or all Freeview services. This is due to planned engineering works in preparation for the digital TV switchover. The work will be carried out as quickly as possible to minimise disruption, and is expected to last for around two months. Digital UK apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Viewers are advised that they do not need to buy new TV equipment or TV aerials, although those viewers with poorer quality aerial installations may be more susceptible to losing services.

Viewers who find they have lost some or all of their Freeview services should still be able to receive the analogue versions of BBC One, BBC Two, ITV1, Channel 4 and Five.

If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)
