wonder if any one is able to help

 

i have a default on my credit file for a credit card which was place bac in 2006, the credit company still have a copy of the default as they gave me a copy when i was getting my bank charges sorted.

 

the account is now settled about 6 moths ago, but wanted to know if there is any way of getting this default removed

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

would have to find it to scan it mate, not sure where it is now as it was a year ago they gave it to me. just wondered if there might be another way get them removed ie like asking them but dont hold out hope

what you could of done was made it a condition of the settlement.

 

might not be a total loss to maybe ask them?

 

ok hope you find it though.

 

if it said something like 7 days or 14 days from the date of this letter or referring to another date in the letter rather than saying xx/xx/xxxx then it is not compliant so the default must be remove.

 

there are plenty of threads on default notices, use the search in the blue bar above.
