Mr barns is not so elusive. 2 times in 2 days i get thru to him.

 

I asked the question and he replied" we need to see the outcome first and you do realise if case not set aside they will add thier costs to my balance" then he asked why i asked him the question.

its not a big problem if you got through to him..and getting it set aside is not dependant on whether or not you can get to speak to him..if you couldnt it meant that under the insolvency act the sd would have been invalid..not in this case..but post has enough ammunition to bury them at hearing anyway
