Hi all - So I received a letter today addressed to me by name (guess that clears the 'is it me isn't it me' point) - saying I had to call the legal department and if I didn't a local agent would call within the next 5 days. It doesn't state what the matter is regarding.

What is the best course of action?

All help gratefully received - I'm trying not to panic!!

It's doubtful anyone will call so don't worry - more empty threats. If any one does call, tell them they have 30 seconds to get off your property or you will call the police - they are trespassing. Send this to their Complaints Department:

DCA Home Visit - If you receive, or are threatened with, a Doorstep Visit

Panic and worry is irrational. They are all gob and can do nothing to you. They can huff and puff till doomsday but they have no powers whatsoever. You are in charge of this - not them - and all their threats are just more f*rts from their vacuous bottoms.
