Hi All,

After requesting CCA following RUTHLESS treatment from Debt Collectors etc., this is what arrived in the post today!

Looks VERY frightening, apparently they don't actually need a "proper signed and executed" agreement because the Consumer Credit Act says so!

Comments most welcome!

they don't need to send a signed copy for s78

Have a read of this http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/legal-issues/173201-why-you-shouldnt-use.html

I used the template from here!

If that is the case, why on earth was I advised to ask them for a copy of my executed CCA?

Any advice on what way to approach this one?

Thanks

Have a read of the thread, its 81 pages long so too long to post in here.

If anyone's post is worth reading then I would say it's pt's!!

It is best to try and read up as much as possible and it will help defend yourself against the likes of CrapOne!!
