4 Direct Debits Were Returned Unpaid All In The Region Of £27, As I Made A Mistake With Dates. I Was Charged £35 For Each Dd Returned Unpaid.

 

Are These Charges Legal And Correct, £35 Sounds A Bit Over The Top.

 

What Do They Actually Do That They Charge That Amount For That Work.

well thats what the test case is all about and why everything on bank charge reclaims is currently on stay.

 

put in a claim and get in the queue.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
