Hi,

I have just received a letter from First Revenue Assurance (referred by Arrow Global LLC apparently) for a debt that I don't recognise.

I don;t even know watt he debt is for, but I guess that it's a mobile phone debt. The reason I think this is the letter has 'RE: Orange, then a number, I assume an account number'

The letter doesn't actually state what the debt is connecting to. It just states an ammount and then goes on with the usual threats of legal action etc.

How are mobile phone accounts covered? Do I send them the CCA letter? Are mobiles covered by either of the consumer credit acts that the CCA covers (s77,78 or 79)???

I don't have an orange mobile account, and haven't had one since I was about 23 (now 31).

Cheers

Gavin.
