Hey Folks,

I've received the following from a company called TPS Parking Solutions Ltd. Using the form reply in the templates I had emailed them with the usual details in the template refuting liability etc.

The below dropped in today, would welcome opinions and thoughts, I was not the driver at the time and it appears that the reason is to an over run on a doctors appointment but it doesn't seem to be enforecable based on threads here :

Right first time !! UNENFORCIBLE. i

Ignore any further correspondance from the [problematic] and just have a laugh at the bullsh*t and bluster that they and their pretend lawyers/"debt" collectors will send in the post.

Do not worry and DO NOT PAY

PPCs - Don`t pay their begging letters, don`t fall for the $ cam................. IGNORE PPC invoices

"As the keeper you are responsible for the payment..."

Sounds like fraud to me.

Forward a copy to local Trading Standards and the office closest to Borehamwood.

The words Dunk and Slam spring to mind, but not necessarily in that order. :D
