Hello and Welcome, watershed2100.

Letter 'N' in the library is the CCA request, this should be sent with a £1 Postal Order and sent recorded, also don't sign the letter.

Are your accounts with a Debt Collector ?

Regards.

No, problem :) Best thing to do is start a new thread in each of your creditors Forums, there's always someone around to help.

I took out my credit card before april 07 but have only recently built up the debts ( xmas) I had 2 k outstanding and now its 15k. I have in the past paid off the whole amount and sometimes not used the card at all after april 07. Would this card qualify on a possible unenforcebale agreement. In other is the amount of debt before April 07 that qualifies.

B3rty-

We arent in any position to judge or give opinions on other caggers motives for wanting to challenge credit agreements.

What a question!

What an assumption !

These are the only two reasons to default on a credit agreement and could involve different stratigies IMHO ...if thats OK with you!
