Hi,

Well i got a same day loan before approx 1 year ago maybe a little more. I could not meet the repayment date. i have received previous letters some time ago but to be honest i burried my head.

i have now received a letter from PDP management services ltd, requesting a formal demand for payment of the full balance.

They state that they have been instructed to make a personal visit to me in a final attemp to obtain paymeny, should i fail to comply ith this demand quickbridge will consider commencing legal action which may include bankruptcy (debt only £364.67) or a ccj.

I declard myself bankrupt in june 06 but they cant do that anyway due to the amount....any ideas from anyone with more knowledge i would really appriciate it xx

Worst they can do is pay you a visit but you are not obliged to speak to them, just tell em to bog of. Following that they will probably go for a CCJ but with your credit record is it the end of the world. A court won't make you pay more than you can afford. If you want to stall for time send a CCA request off to them, you'll find a template on this site.

This is just the usual DCA drivel wrapped in legalistic wording. You have to owe more £750 to be able to make you bankrupt.

They may be able to obtain a judgment for you to pay in the County Court. In the meantime you can offer to pay what you can realistically afford - perhaps £10 per month. This assumes of course that you are still in financial trouble and cannot pay the amount in full.

I really do appreciate all those 'thank you' emails - I'm glad I've been able to help. Apologies if I haven't acknowledged all of them.

You can also ding my gong if you prefer. :)
