Hi everyone

I've been reading about everyone else's escapades with Natworst and have decided to take the plunge :o

I have one question before I send my letter and tenner off requesting the info that I'm hoping you savvy guys and gals can help me with. I have a joint account with my partner as well as an account of my own that I opened long before I met him. I would like to claim back charges from both accounts but what I'd like to know is...can I claim for both of them together or do I have to claim separately?

Thank you for your help in advance and here's to beating the sods :D

Love Lucy x
