We have had no internet or emails for the last 30 hours or so (which we rely on in our business)....we have spoken to our IT service provider and they are blaming BT, and apparently it is BT's fault.... it is having serious implications for us, missing deadlines, reacting to customers in time....should I write to BT and ask for compensation ? does anybody know what their service provisions are ? go straight to OFCOM ?

Well blow me down if the guy from BT turned up 20 minutes ago and has fixed it !!

Ya-Hoo !! You'll be coming back on-line then

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

If in doubt, you should seek the opinion of a Qualified Professional.
