littlewoods problems any advice!!

right wife has a littlewoods account, she ordered some stuff for a cutomer, all recorded on the account thats its a customers delivered direct to there door etc etc, total was about 700 pounds worth off stuff, the person was paying the bill right up till the day she lost her job,which was in feb this year, so we sorted it out that littlewoods would change it to her name etc etc

 

now littlewoods have been no help at all, they send a form out to the cutomer she filled it in and sent it back, one department says they recived it the other says they have not.

 

2 weeks ago they sent a letter saying they have closed it down as they had not had a reply from the first letter sent. they clearly have had it as one department says that had it

 

wife phoned them up on monday with the customer there to sort it all out, they said they had to send another letter to the customer, i have just spoken to her as she is worried as she has not recived the letter

 

 

any help and advice of what i can threaten littlewoods with

Just write to them in future as customer services helplines are manned by peole who really have no power to do anything, and you are paying for the call.
