Hi Everyone

Have joined the CAG Forum for similar reasons, to reclaim my spiralling bank charges which started so unfairly. They charged me which resulted in going over my O/D so they charged me again and then bounced a cheque as had no available funds so charged me again for that and then another charge for continuing to go over my O/D blah blah blah.

I am going to claim this all back from RBOS and when I do I shall close down my a/c's with them and never give them my business again. Sad, its a bad way to end 7 years of perfectly good banking with them but hey ho!

Have enjoyed some of the posts I have found and will be reading a lot more before I start my claim. Thanks everyone.
