I J make my teeth grind when I hear their name, eeeek. They have to be the most irritating company Ive ever dealt with.

I got rid of them regarding an ebay/paypal/free computer type of debt because they couldn't prove I owed them anything. Except for a few threat-o-grams.

When it comes to giving DCA's hassle I'm 100% on the ball. When it comes to tracking threads on here after a bottle of wine, then I'm totally screwed.

 

New tactics for DCA's Send us lots of wine and beer and a few days later we would probably agree to anything. But in court try matching the signatures up. hee hee

Now that would be some sort of justice for the stress they've caused...I reckon they should fund the CAG summer and Christmas parties

I owe BB about 3 keyboards and one monitor. Plus a few other peeps too. I'll just get a container ordered from China and pass the replacements out at christmas.

 

As for the Moorcoft letters. I've been busy on photoshop sorting out my own version, that's a bit more truthful. Watch this space and cover your keyboards and monitors with clingfilm......

After 6 months, I've got one over on Moorcroft. Just two more accounts with them to go now. Already a matter of days away before Moorcroft has to give up on those too.

I'm getting really sick of this place. You can no longer voice an opinion any more for fear of your post being deleted. Ok I accept if you post bad language or anything that is abusive towards other members, but to me political correctness is far to rampent on here. This is to the detriment of the forum as many people feel they can no longer speak their minds. George Orwell must be turning in his grave by now.

Well I'm back.

 

Had a few days much needed break. Too much going on in life just recently. Also because of the kind words of support from peeps on here, has made me realise the fight must go on. So, thanks everyone.

I'm bored at the moment. Moorcroft have gone quiet on me.I think they're still licking their wounds after having to admit in writing they have no CCA. Or could it be the OFT have been having words with them, as a result of the complaint I made recently.

 

You'd think with 3 of my accounts on the go, they would send me something to throw back at them.

 

I get very depressed when there's no new DCA mail waiting for me in a morning

I'm sure it won't be long until Argos farm it out to another DCA. They're well known for it. If they do, tell the DCA it's in dispute, then start the complaints to Argos demanding to know why they're passing disputed accounts to DCA's. I've already got the templates typed in and waiting for them.

I've had tons of messages of support on this thread and PM's too, by being different and not being afraid of DCA's, and showing others why they shouldn't be afraid of them. This thread has proven that people who have spent 4 or more hours reading this thread and realising that DCA's are nothing to be afraid of and never will be.

 

I'm always honest with my opinions. Even if it means going against morals on if you should pay and what you should pay, etc.

There's too many peeps on here who need help from like minded people. On here there's people who care about me and also each other. So we stick together and everyone work as a team and help each other.

 

I will always help anyone on here who asks for it.

 

As for the Cagbot, who the F***ing hell gave him 9 green blobs????? Who the hell gives green blobs to support censorship?

 

We should fight against the DCA's and also the few forum mods/cagbot who's personal opinions go too far when it comes to limiting on what we can, and cannot post here. We are after all adults here. Nobody under 18 has debt problems, so why do we have to have censorship to the limits of offending 7 year olds on here? This is an adult forum for adults after all. (I understand posting anything that is liable and will get the site owners and users into trouble that way.) But freedom of speech and personal opinions count too. So why not a disclaimer added to the main page or even to each post?)

 

Fart jokes and wee wee jokes, will always be funny, so come forum mods, get a grip on reality. Most of you are really great and really go out of your way to help people. But there's a couple on here that spoil things for everyone, by going way overboard just because you have a little bit more power over everyone else. If peeps want to post a funny cartoon, or pic, then let them. Everyone on here is under a lot of stress, so why not have few threads that make people smile and realise that things aint so bad after all. Most of my green blobs have been as a result of this, and I'm really proud to admit it. And a huge thanks to everyone who has so far. I really appreciate it a lot.

 

When things in life go bad, having a laugh makes things seems a lot better. Or will this place end up a depressing place just like the DCA centre muppets want it to be??????????

I hope it won't and hope my ramblings make peeps think and also react in a positive way.

I have a list n spread reps around till it tells me I've done too many and try again in 24 hours. Now you know why I have a list and seem to give reps at random lol. But I only give reps when they deserve them.

I hope so. I sent Moorcroft as part of a formal complaint, a bill for time, letters and harssment amounting to £1200 ish quid.

 

If they pay up then me, Marley, and Tiny Tim will have a happy christmas this year.

I still reply to the threat "Once your employers know you're in debt you will loose your job" with "Then you'll be last in the line for any payment plan I will have to make, plus you will personally be named as the reason why I am unemployed (and made unemployable) when I have to answer questions to the DHSS.

 

I had them try that on me too. Luckily me and my mate have our own business, so any rubbish like that and we work together on it. I recently gave Moorcroft my "employers" number. When they called a week later they got told to go forth an multiply.

I sometimes get criticised for advocating debt avoidance but when i hear things like that & others, they deserve every penny they dont get

 

I never get that. Yet I quite happily admit debt avoidence. This is due to the bullying and unlawful tactics the DCA's use. So because of that they lost out when I lost my moral values towards them. Now if they were willing to cooperate and not resort to threating me with all the usual DCA rubbish, then I might still be paying a few things willingly.

 

Yet, I have never had anyone on here have a go at me for debt avoidence.

I can only put it down to my signature and disclaimer at the end. I guess they're too scared of me.

 

Go on DCA spies on here. I dare you to try messing with me.

I read the thread and posted my experiences with using that letter template. It's a goodie. It's a CurlyBen special. That guy has a brilliant way with words when it comes to DCA letters.

From this day forward I wish it to be known that Mr F Bobble is now a full fledged Platimum account holder. .

 

This means for a returned direct debit, he will know have to pay an unlawful charge of £38 as apposed to the standard £25.

 

This is because we're not making the billions of pounds obscene profits we used to. This is partly due to CAG members using the law and our lack of forsight against us.

Oh yes the infamous Ms Dyde Lol U suggested I speak to their solicitor regarding my issues Yeah rite lol

 

I think that's because Mrs Dyde is to busy sorting out the piles of paperwork and 3 seperate formal complaints I made about Moorcroft's lack of ability to comply with OFT guidelines, and dodgy business practices.

 

I've a feeling she's going to be even busier when the OFT and FOS get to hear about what Moorcroft have been up to.
