Just a quick update.

My partner received a letter from the Court yesterday stating that the file had been reviewed and if the Claimant (Barclays) do not send in their completed questionnarie and £600 fee by 4pm on Friday 26th September than the case will be struck out.

Fingers crossed.

A bit of good news at last.

Sorry not been online guys, but been in North Wales on holiday this week - trust me with the weather we've had, I'd have been better staying at home.

My partner didn't phone Court on Monday, he will probably call when he goes back to work this Monday.

Russ, it might have been better if you had started your own thread in the legal section. You will get more advice there. I am not able to help you out with this I'm afraid. Well done with with the employment tribunal BTW. Did you update your tribunal thread ?
