Its taken less than 2 weeks and only a preliminary approach for repayment (which included an error on my behalf) but they have paid up!

 

Im absolutely delighted to be getting my money back and its a nice little figure :-D

 

If i hadnt come across this website i'd have never know you could claim it back.
