Hi, I have been succesfull in claiming back charges from my BOS business account.The wording of your claim is slightly different, but yes you can claim all your returned d/d charges also excess o/d charges back. I am in the process of claiming back about £7,000 Will take a bit of time but worth it in the long run. All the bumf they send you is their way of trying to put you off and delaying you as long as possible.Its your money, go get it back. Best wishes with your claim. Regards. Scott.

After being with BOS for about 28 years they have just closed my account and asked me to cut up my Visa card.(nice people). Might have something to do with the £7,000 they are due me !   16. Hi, Tanzi. Yes the court will send your Summary Cause papers back to you in about 3 to 4 Days. They also give you a list of Local Sheriff's Officers who will serve the claim for you. You have 21 Days before the return date on your papers to serve the claim. Hope this helps. Regards. Scott.

Daunting ! thats what I thought , loads of my family and friends laughed when I said I was going to take the bank to court. Well their not laughing now. They are all trying to do do the same thing.
