  1. Happy days! See here for details https://www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/16374 The new ADM (decision makers guidance) for ESA is on a later post there but confusing - well DWP are going to DWP speak So lodge those SSCC1's with HMCTS and get your fit notes ordered from your GPs from day 1 of being informed of that negative decision. We're getting paid assessment rate again as soon as HMCTS notify the DWP you've lodged. I'm off to run naked in the street!

  2. My husband spends a lot of time walking on a treadmill (bad knee) and watches mindless TV to pass the time. Yesterday he turned on the TV and pressed 'resume' to continue watching a series called 'Chuck' on Amazon Prime. This was episode 5 of season 5 of something which has always been included with Prime ie no charge. Next thing we knew he had an email confirming his purchase of this episode for £2.99. I wouldn't have thought more of it if charges had been imposed at the start of a new season but this is really sneaky, not only part way through a season but part way through one episode. 3. Just got back from Lidl, as I was taking photos numerous fellow Lidl shoppers came up to me saying they had had tickets too. One said the staff had said it wasn’t being fully implemented and not to worry and then a week later she got a ticket for being 10 mins over the 90 mins And on the scanning machine it said you do not need your registration on the screen in shop, stating “maximum limit still applies” but it with no mention of how long that is anyway....... attached are the photos of my findings

  5. Ennis, you are a godsend to this site! Thanks for looking up the CEO's address and sharing it with others in a similar position. Recently quite a few motorists who came to the site have got Lidl to cancel the tickets. The pattern seemed to be - first e-mail, Lidl fobs the motorist off, but - when the motorists insists Lidl then cancel the ticket. What a load of drivel from customer services. Of course they can't appeal on someone's behalf, but that's not what you asked. Lidl have employed Athena to infest their car parks, therefore it is Lidl's responsibility to sort out the mess they've created.

  8. Yes I have to agree with Bankfodder...your particulars are far too much in depth...plus you will be restricted to 1080 characters anyway... It will form the basis of your witness statement further into the process..but for now less is more. Initial particulars should be succinct and brief....stating your position... brief details the dispute...the date.... and how much you are claiming.....plus interest.....anything further you are simply giving the defendant detail to use as their defence...and later their statement of case. I would go with the suggested particulars by BF.....its for them to explain why they think the

  9. Yes I agree - The requirement to complete this request is by Royal Mail at the minimum. You are not being uncooperative by telling them this.

  10. Why cant they send the documents by Royal Mail ? The post is still working irrespective of Covid19...looks like a fishing exercise to get information......I wouldn't give anything more than your email address.....and Im not sure about giving that to be honest. Let them go into to default of your request....its their problem how to comply. Andy

  11. Hello Caggers, Just updating I have recently received an email from Lidl Customer services that they can't do anything about it , and I have to appeal to Athena. I have already emailed them back saying I'm appalled by their response and I'm not going to appeal or pay the fine.

  12. Hello and welcom to CAG. People should be along over the course of the day to advise. In the meantime, I've edited a few paragrphs into your post to make it easier for those advising to read. Please try to break up your posts because reading a solid block of text is difficult to read and can put people off. Best, HB

  15. Thank you for the information. I certainly wouldn't be doing what they say in your post #7, you could give them ammunition against you. This sticky has abbreviations that we use on this forum. HB
