  1. I think it’s a slightly different spot from what i can tell, will read through again today and see if i can sort it, not as easy as a private land parking ticket, that’s for sure!! Thank you
  2. Thinking i May just pay the £65 as i’m not sure i have the mental energy to figure it all out, especially with my dyslexic brain not helping me filter info, and what I’m exactly contesting ie bus gate - don’t think it applies. Other than poor signage as i really do not recall entering the area concerned and don’t have to time to go back and physically look at it. The ticket doesn’t seem to have aches to the online photos, only on the ticket print. Any thoughts on a basic letter template might help if anyone has one. Thank you!!
  3. need some help in knowing how to handle a 52JM PCN from Islington council. Thank you
  4. I have just discovered i can access the photos etc obviously if i speed them i will just pay the ticket. Can i upload them here for you to take a look at? (Personal Details omitted of course)
  5. Hello, I have just received a Notice of Intended Prosecution at J5 Clacket Lane Services 73 in a 60mph. Any advice on how best to deal with it? As I have no idea how to find out if I did actually go over the speed limit, as it’s variable so to recall the exact speed and that signage was clear throughout the average speed zone, to be understood, especially when changing frequently as it’s variable, it seems a tad difficult. I generally stick to the speed limit, give or take minimum up/down and have never received a speeding fine before. Really value you knowledge/experience in this instance. Thank you so much! new doc 2021-08-.pdf
  6. Yes, this was my first reply and same wording. I have never actually received any confirmation that the charge has been cancelled. I put the details in the Athena site though snd it says no such charge exists. Brilliant news!!!
  7. Make sure you show that you are a loyal Lidl customer in your email to the CEO, attach evidence, receipts etc
  8. Thank you for all your support on this fantastic group, made all the difference!!! Will be making a donation soon.
  9. next update. Re: Your Contact Thank you for your response. In light of your comments, on this occasion only, I have requested that the parking charge is cancelled. Athena will confirm the cancellation in writing in due course. Thank you again for contacting us.
  10. Well that is clearly untrue as they are appealing, on my behalf, my charge. Definitely write to the CEO, focus on being a loyal and regular customer!!! And how the donate is unclear and out of sight
  11. Just received this reply from Lidl on behalf of the CEO "Re: Your Contact Thank you for taking the time to contact our CEO. I have been asked to reply on his behalf. I was sorry to learn that you received a parking charge. I appreciate this may have been frustrating for you. In order to ensure that sufficient parking spaces are available at all times to our customers, Lidl employs third party contractors to monitor and control our car parks. So far, this service has proved reliable and effective in reducing car park abuse and in freeing up spaces for our customers. On this occasion only I would like to appeal the charge on your behalf. To enable me to assist I kindly request the following information: · The parking charge notice number · The vehicle registration number Please reply directly to this email (without deleting the subject line): I look forward to hearing from you." Good news, on first letter too!!
