Hi Everyone,

Help Please!

I received a letter from Halifax basically saying I quote "We apply these charges because when customers have insufficient funds in their account to cover a payment they ask us to make, this means additional work for us". I can't believe it cost £39 to inform me of a failed direct These charges has totalled over £6000 in the last 6years. No wonder I am always so broke - making monthly contribution to Halifax Plc.

To the point! I am now at this stage but do not know what the next step is. I want to go all out to grab bank my money.
