You will need to play around with the text to get it under the 1080 maximum letters, without compromising the text. ie) Delete the's etc

In the same way alter the layout to get it under 24 lines - can be done

Court fees are on a standard tariff, but you claim them back via the courts.

depends how much you're claiming - mine was £80 yesterday. here's my text (24 lines and about 1030 characters)

I had an account xxxxxxxx with [bank] from

xxxx xxxx until xxxx xxxx. During this

time [bank] took charges from the account

due to purported breaches of contract on my

part. [bank] contends that the charges were

in accordance with the terms of the contract

between us. A list of the charges will be

provided. I contend that: a)the charges are

punitive in nature; are not a genuine

pre-estimate of cost incurred by [bank];

exceed any alleged actual loss to [bank];

are intended to unduly enrich [bank]. b)

the charges are unenforceable by virtue of

the Unfair Contract Terms in Consumer

Contracts Regulations (1999), the Unfair

Contract Terms Act 1977 and the common law. I

am claiming a) the return of the amounts

debited in charges in the sum of £xxx b)

court costs; c) interest under section 69 of

the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8%

a year from the date of each charge to xx

xxxx 2006 of £xxx and also interest at the

same rate up to the date of judgment or

earlier payment at a daily rate of 0.022%.

... a little

Mahala is a powerful thing ...

The court fee depends on the amount of your claim

Try this It may still need amending to fit:

Claimant has accountXXX with Defendant from DATE conducted on their standard terms and conditions. Claimant is claiming the return of money taken by Defendant in charges over 4 years. The Defendant's charges are a disproportionate penalty and therefore unenforceable as they are contrary to common law. They are also invalid under the Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1977 s.4 and under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.Para.8 and sch.2.1.e.

In the event that the charges are not a penalty they are unreasonable within the meaning of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 s.15. Defendant has declined justification of charges despite repeated requests. Claimant claims interest under Sec.69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at a rate of 8% a year from DATE toDATE of £0.00and also interest at same rate up to the date of judgment or earlier payment at a daily rate of £0.00
