You will need to play around with the text to get it under the 1080 maximum letters, without compromising the text. ie) Delete the's etc In the same way alter the layout to get it under 24 lines - can be done Court fees are on a standard tariff, but you claim them back via the courts.

I would not engage in telephone conversations with them, for a start. Just follow the process laid out on this forum and you should be O.K
