  3. many thanks for all the help i am claiming under £600.00 so didnt expect it to be more than 330.00 funds really tight at the mo so was really suprised when it said £80.00 managed to get the text down again thanks busypuma
  4. i am having problems with the online coust forms i copied the text from the libary added there wording for the intrest to be added and now its telling me it should be 24 lines or so many words??? plus it is wanting to charge me £80.00 for court fees is any one else paying such a large amount ??? any help greatly appreciated busypuma
  5. we are fighting to get monies back from our credit card company after paying a deposit on what was called a holiday vacation club After returning to the uk we were phoned and phoned with threats if we didnt pay the rest of the monies we did this when the paper work came through we had in fact been sold a timeshare because there was no cooling of period in the contract we had 3 months to cancel it didnt take us this long we then found out that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA74) we could infact claim all out monies back from the credit card company who would infact claw back there monies from the company involved the first letter we sent were told it was nothing to do with them (passing the buck) second letter no answer now i am sending my 3rd wish me luck Pam
