I'm fuming now. I've just got off the phone with HSBC 'customer relations' as the normal telephone banking staff wouldn't even discuss the fact they've charged me £150 in fees this month. 'customer relations' said that because i'd previously claimed against them i had accepted "full and final settlement" and i wasn't allowed to claim again and they'll close my account! Cheeky bleeders. Letter before action is being sent tonight and a halifax parachute account has been opened.

I also made the mistake of asking if that was HSBCs official stance on the situation as i was recording the call. she said she is terminating the call due to me breaching her human rights. oops.
