Hi All

Some of you may have seen my previous posts with regards to collecting a comprehensive list of T&Cs for Barclays at first, but of course all other banks are also welcome!

I am doing this because so many people are asking and fiding it hard to locate working links etc. I know that the MODs are collecting T&Cs also, but I understand that they are really busy, so to give them a hand I thought I would give back to a site that has given me so much!

The plan is to have a place where everyone can just look and download the relevant T&C. I have searched for T&Cs, since I dont have any myself, and found some that have been posted by others and uploaded them to one place. So thanks goto to the people who originally posted these.

Problem:- I dont have many so far, this is why I ask anybody who has scans of T&Cs in any format to PM and I will give you an e-mail address to send them to me. I will convert them all into PDF and upload them to same place.

Here is the link to the rather empty database at the moment, bu they we can fill it!

RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

This will open a new window in your browser with a list of files that are available for download. Click on the one you require, this will again open another window, click free and a new window with a timer will open. Wait for the timer to count down and it will give you a security code. Enter this and the file can then be downloaded. Trust me it is simpler than it sounds!

GOOD LUCK to everyone and I hope everyone finds the database idea useful

Brilliant link, moneyking. I've just had a long hard look at 1996 t&c's. Interestingly, no mention of charges there, or have I missed something?

Have a good look at 11.2.... along the lines of, "if we have to charge you we will do so after giving you 14 days notice in writing"

Also look under borrowing money section 7 i think.

It will say you must keep bank balance above 0. So automatically if you go into red you are in breach of contract..therefore by logic you can not offer a service for something that you consider a breach, therefoe it is a penalty

It's a great offer but as it happens we have been working on a document database for some weeks and will be uploading files to it soon.

However we will also be producing bank specific court bundles which will probably be even more helpful.

The will contain bank published documents and correspondence which will show with very little doubt the true nature of their charges and where relevant their "fees for a service"

I just tried to download the 1998 T&C's from the rapidshare database. It crashed when I tried to print the PDF. Now when I try to go back into it it says I have exceeded maximum downloads. Can anyone please email these to me? [email protected] - please let me know if you have done this as I don't check my email regularly. Thanks

Any chance you Data-Masters would consider including The Woolwich T&Cs considering Barclays now own it and all litigation for Woolwich customers (past and present) is against Barclays?

3 Active Claims:

Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Sole account) - Applied to lift court ordered Stay

Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Joint account) - Awaiting court date

Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Joint account) Pre-6 yrs- LBA sent.

3 Wins :

Barclays t/a The Woolwich (Data Protection Act breach costs & compliance)

HSBC (on behalf of brother)

Settled Out of Court - £3,874.76

Alliance & Leicester (on behalf of friend)

Settled Out of Court - £723.41

Welsh Cakes

This database is only a time fill till the moderators open their more comprehensive one, which will include every bank with as many years t&cs as possible.

In the mean time if you or anybody else has any Woolwich T&Cs then I amquite happy to also put them into the database for others.
