Hi I need some help,

I have been filling in my N1 form but have a question regarding fees...

my total claim amount including 8% interest is for £4982.74

however when I add on the court fee of £120 this brings the total claim above £5102.74. Now does that mean I have to pay the higher court fee that applies to claims 5000.01-15000 of £250?

I want to make sure I get it right before I deliver the form to the court.

Secondly this morning I received an offer from barclays for £3060. Do I need to send them a letter saying that I decline the offer and that I have proceeded to court with the claim?

Thanks for your help

Daniel

bakadan you dont need to start a new thread for every question that you have ... you should stick to just one so that we can easily follow what has gone before .. if you cant locate your thread simply click on user cp and go to subscribed threads ... they will be listed there Alternatively add this page to favourates on your browser bar

In answer to your question interest and court costs arnt added in for the amount you pay in court fees (if im wrong someone will correct me)

As to your offer yes you do need to send a letter of rejection

i think letter 3 applies to your circumstances
