Hiya, newbie here.

I sent my Subject Access Request on the 15th May 2007 to my local branch & provided them with consent to debit a maximum fee of £10 from my Account however, I did not send this letter by Recorded Delivery.

I calculate that they have until Monday 25th June 2007 in which to provide me with the info requested. As at today's date they have not debited the fee from my Account.

If I do not hear from them by the 25th June 2007 do u think I should send this letter again but by Recorded Delivery this time and is there a better address to send the letter to rather than my local branch?

Hope to hear from anyone soon!!

Hiya,

I've not received a response to the SAR so I've now sent off the chaser letter as advised.

Not sure if they've chosen to ignore my request on purpose because I'm sorting my boyf's claim too and sent both SAR at the same time and he has now received his Schedule of Charges (albeit 2 days late!!).

Will just have to wait and see!!

Hi,

I have now received a List of Charges so have sent my Request for Payment Letter together with a Schedule (without the interest for now).

I'm also doing a claim for my boyfriend and he has recevied the standard letter saying "our charges are fair, bla. bla - no you can't have a refund".

I've just been looking at the templates forum to see what the next steps are have noticed that I need to include T & Cs - I do not have any whatsoever for either mine of his Account - what should I do?????

Can someone help me please????!!

Thanks,

Nicki

Hiya nicki & welcome,

You don't need to submit evidence / T&C's till after you get a court date, so relax, familiarise yourself with the procedures in here, draft your Letter Before Action & then read & subscribe to threads that interest you...& Get your boyfriend to promise to give you exactly what you want WHEN you've got his money back :D

This is my favourite thread by the way. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/41729-pen-lloyds-tsb-very.html

It's a bit of a Russian Novel, but the woman is an inspiration to all of us.

Best Wishes & Good Luck with your claim

Hiya,

My boyfriend is up to LBA stage and I'm up to Request for Payment stage. Both letters have now been sent so I'm just making sure I know what's next because I know Lloyds take their claims all the way to Court.

My claim is for £1,733 and his is for £2,343 - which has already been spent by the way!!

Hi again,

I'm soooo confused now - I've just received a letter in response to my LBA telling me about the OFT test case & how this could take months to sort out but if I did still want to make a claim then they would apply for the claim to be stayed pending the decision of the OFT test case.

Do I still issue or wait to see what happens.

I don't want to lose even more money by issuing a claim that's not going to settle.

Think I jumped on the bandwagon a bit too late :?
