I've received my court date through it reads as follows:

 

1. The parties must file at court and serve on the other party not later than 14 days before the hearing the following:

 

a copies of all documents upon which they wish to rely.

 

b statements of all witnesses, including the parties upon whose evidence they wish to rely, The statements shall be typed, dated and signed by the witness and state that he/she believes the facts to be true

 

2 all original documents shall be brought to the hearing etc.

 

so am I right in thinking that point 1a means the basic court bundle?

 

I haven't asked for any witnesses to be used, but do I need to supply a witness statement?

 

Also, do I need to use the case summary template too?

 

so many questions - I'm sorry!

You are a witness,so yes.

 

Please,please don't start a new thread for every question. You have 5 or 6 Abbey threads. If you keep to 1 thread, anyone can then see what you've done so far and give more relevant advice.

No you don't have witnesses or witness statements.

 

It can seem daunting at this stage, but hang in there!

 

All a court bundle is is a copy of all your papers that you rely on to back up your claim and figures and all correspondence to date.

 

Anything that backs up the claim that their charges are unfounded and unreasonable.

Truth is you won't see the inside of the courtroom, but you have to show you are willing to go that far!

 

If they have not defended on your figures saying they are wrong and its a standard defence, then be prepared, but don't be worried! one step closer to the full payout!
