Yep all the same.

You just need to change some of the wording in the template letters.

Have a look at these for help:

There's lots more in the template library:

Be VERY careful whose advice you listen too

I sent off my request for payment letter to capital one but they replied with a letter sayin

It's going to take us a little while to look into your situation and come back with a detailed response. We'll do everything we can to get an answer to you within four weeks of this letter. If for some reason our investigation takes longer than four weeks, we'll contact you to tell you why this is.

Thank you very much for being patient while we collect the information we need.

Should I wait four week before sending of the letter before action or should I just send anyway?

Help!!!!:???:

Hi Jessy

Stick to the timescales outlined in this site, if you don't, Cap One will drag things out. They've had plenty of time to come up with a reasonable response, now send the LBA and tell them that if they don't respond in 14 days you'll file a claim in Court, and give a date in your letter when that claim will be filed.

Sorry if I sound fierce but I'm not keen on these Cap One delaying tactics ;)
