Also if you sent your SAR you should have all your statements.

You can keep adding to your spreadsheet until you file, it makes no difference to your time line.

 

But once you have filed at court then it will cost you £35 which is non returnable. You would need the N244 application form.

 

So just add the £240 before you file.

There are a couple of things that can happen now.

The first is they put the money into your account, so keep checking.

 

YOU WILL GET THE FULL AMOUNT

 

When they submit a defense, the court will might send you an Allocation Questionnaire form to complete. This is quite straight forward and, once again, there is help for completing one.
