Well said tractordriver - spoken like a true man of the people! At the end of the day, I too think charges should be fair and reasonable. Let's face it, they're not charitable institutions doing what they do for philanthropic purposes.

However, when it gets down to brass tacks and people are struggling financially, feeling suicidal and not knowing where to turn to because customer service has turned into customer disservice............ it's time to get mad. :-x And if you can't mad............. get even!!!!! :D

Flippin eck yee lot. Were you all working on overtime last night. My hubby got cross with me for always being on the CAG so I thought I had better have some real convo not virtual convo with him instead. I mean, dont want divorce proceedings commenced on top of everything else thats going on. Lol. I think he was beginning to feel a little neglected. Dunno Why. I put up with him and his chufftying footie 3 nights out of 7. I mean, what does a girl have to do to get some fun. Go on CAG. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. You are all forming somewhat of a lively little funnies club between ya arent ya. Im just sorry I missed out on it last night. I genuinely know a person who has three kids, Ruby, Saphire and Amethyst. How bad is that.................... She thought she was being posh and different at the time, but I just laughed. She never did speak to me much after that. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. And my sisters best friends kids are called, Billy, Tilly and Milly. How sad is that.................. Nice names, but all three in one family. No way hose'. !!!! What is the world coming to with names. I think people deliberately just try to be different. Whats wrong with Stephanie or Jayne, or Liam or Lauren. Mine by the way. Lauren and Liam. Not deliberate, all the L's, just coincidental. But of course when me and Nattie start having babies they will of course be Fendi and Nattie. What else could we ever possibly consider. Lol. Xxxxxx Fendy xxxx At work. Better do some work. Lol. !!!!!:p

Keep up the humour and lively encouragement peeps. It helps keep us all sane during the process. All the best Peeps. Love to all. Fendy xxxxxxxxxxx Just watched that Casino Royale on blue ray DVd. OMG, its breathtaking. That Daniel Craig, what a nice bit of beefcake. Not the usual bondy type, but Im hooked. Cant wait for the next one now..............

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi Everybody

I know its a little late in the evening, but everybody keeps telling me to send info "Recorded Delivery" and I have been doing, but I found out last week despite several attempts at finding the truth that Royal Fxxxxxxx Mail has not delivered my Prelim Letter and it is now classed as missing. I have already sent my LBA. Not sure yet what to do. Anybody any ideas? Hence I am now claiming my maximum £32 from Royal Fxxxxxxx Mail as well.

Everybody CHECK your mail has been received and signed for!!!!!

Royal Fxxxxxxxx Mail dont have a clue.

I've found that quite a lot of recorded delivery mail sent to large companies is never shown as delivered, however said companies do respond (when it suits them) so delivered they must have been. I've heard anecdotally that when recorded delivery mail is delivered in bulk it doesn't necessarily get signed for, but I don't have proof of this.

As far as the court stage is concerned all that would really matter is that you've proof you sent the letter, not proof they received it.

If in doubt read the

FAQs

If still in doubt - ask!

Hi everybody

2 days to go before my LBA deadline expires and and I've had mail from Mr Higleys department An offer of all of my charges:) but no interest.:( Is this the Norm? They say they will transfer direct to my account. Gee!! how tempting is this. They suggest that this is a full and final settlement for my complaint.

Are they bluffing. **** I was never any good at poker.
