Wait until you receive the Notice of Acknowledgement (not the Notice of Issue) from the court and then send a copy to the bank’s solicitors, since they are the ones who will now be dealing with your claim

DG's details will be on page 2 of the acknowl.

I understand you have a policy of initially rejecting claims for overdraft interest. If it is that in your view the interest is not claimable, I am prepared to discuss this with yourseves and the judge in court.

Have you included overdraft interest in your claim ? (have you used the simple or complex spreadsheet?) if you have ignored overdraft interest then leave the paragraph out.

if you claimed for o/d interest then yes, otherwise- no.

The overdraft interest paragraph is for DG not the court.

 

The court don’t reject anything, they try to get you to agree between yourselves then if you cant do that they listen to the arguments and make a decision for you.

 

Lettie, I think you need to move your red paragraph on your draft letter
