Natwest have failed to provide all the statements I asked for leaving me over 2 years worth short. Those coincidentally (sp) are the ones that have the most charges! :mad:

 

Is there a template letter to send them again as I couldn't see one, or shall I just pen one of my own? :-|

You didn't perchance happen to receive statements back to Oct 02? They changed their system then and are sending them out in 2 lots. It happened to me. Vampiress v Natwest.

A phonecall to customer services should do the job. Ask them to re-order them if necessary.

 

How was the packaging?

No I got up to April 2002! And they arrived in a tatty old envelope with an even tattier covering letter! :|

 

It had been passed on to a different department so I think I will write to them with a copy of the original letter!

try the phone mate.. tell them their error, their duty to rectify as soon as possible.

 

don't waste your postage or provide them an excuse to delay.. you may be pleasantly suprised..

 

try to hold off direcctly calling them muppets in the first instance though as this may somewhat delay proceedings.

They're only muppets between us lot! ;)

 

They didn't provide a phone number on the letter! :confused:

 

Oh well, will have to jam their switch boards tomorrow! :p
