The OC has been checking for 8 months for more data for me under S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) and as yet has not produced anything by way of a agreement. They have told me 3 times that they have no agreement but they are giving it one more go to see what they can come up with.

If they are going to be a 'victim' of the credit crunch I will be the first to cheer, they've linked me with the people I bought my old flat from and won't remove that data - and linked me with my flatmates even though we aren't financially linked and all have separate individual bank accounts...

Its the 'linking unrelated data' for years that I strongly object to - especially now if I go for a job outside my organisation there will automatically be a 'credit search' done.

I note on my last report they have linked me with the person who lived at my place 10 years although that person has moved out and I moved in on my report it says that I may have used the name before I got married ie my maiden name. How could that be are they serious.
