well done mate , told you they would settle if you give em some time.

 

still, atleast you won mate thats the main thing. it seems that black horse are caving in and paying up without a fight.

Got the expected "2nd word is off letter"; next stage about to commence. He's getting married in 3 weeks so I would have liked them to succumb to my request. Fat chance I suppose. Anything happening on your LLoyds claim?

hi mate,

 

yeah, i filed for court on friday. got the usual sod off letters from them so i decided to take the plunge and start court action

good luck for your lads claim, hopefully the OFT report due shortly should make things a little easier to claim our money back ( fingers crossed anyway)
