I have sent multiple emails claiming I have been unemployed for over two maybe three years

am on jobseekers allowance and I have been suffering with anxiety and am a special needs

they will not accept to cancel it or give me a refund

all I want is to go to a gym and workout and chill

they have been harassing me

you do realise you only need to give 1 month notice to cancel and you cant be refused.

then let ONE further payment go out, then stop the dd?

go to your bank and do a DD guarantee reclaim from one month after you 1st told 'them' you are cancelling

get ALL your money back for the months/years since then.,

nothing the gyms can do about it.

I already cancelled my direct debit cause I can't afford cause I seriously can't pay for it and the gym causes serious anxiety

Would they take payments out of my bank another way and they keep sending emails

They can't take money out of your account if you've stopped the Direct Debit.

2. When did you last use the gym.

3. When did you first tell them you were unemployed and needed to cancel the m/ship.
