I did do more digging I searched for the company on the Gov.uk website to make sure it was legit and it is on there but the office address listed is different from the website I googled it and they don't appear to be on the directory for that office building I know they don't have to be just a little suspicious. then I googled the address given on their website this appears to be a private residence ? Simply someone working from home maybe ? It's just looking a little suspect to me tbh.

I sent this Manager a text from my sons phone last night requesting a copy of this signed contract on the advise of his union rep so it could be forwarded to the solicitors. We will see if he actually does. In the meantime I am going to try and find out if there is any truth behind there FA affiliation the wording seems off to me I thought legit leagues were FA approved

My 19yr old son came to me with this issue that I've found across different sites all the stories have the same core problem going as far back as 2016. He's currently down by about £300 in charges for not playing or when he was stuck in Benidorm and couldn't pay £30 right away he was slapped with £120 late payment charge. When he's tried to give notice before the end of the season apparently he's 2 days to late. I do not intend to let him pay another penny. I was just wondering if any of these previous threads were ever taken to court? Or how were they resolved? I am going to carry on looking into this for him and will update if I find anything that will be helpful to others.
