Thanks for responding so quickly, it’s appreciated. I have been enjoying challenging the legalities of all of the nonsense Lewis Floyd is spouting in response to my numerous queries. He never actually answers a question and simply repeats the same drivel over and over. It’s really clear this company make money by terrorising people. Has anyone fed back if they eventually just give up sending their threats of legal action? I’ll try the Facebook and Twitter approach with the FA - thanks.

I’ve been reading the threads about Soccersixes and wanted to start a new thread about my own experience. My 18 year old son and friends signed up for the local league. After their circumstances changed, they tried to withdraw from the league. Lewis Floyd told them that wasn’t possible as they were contracted for the full season. They asked when the season ended and were given a date, so they fulfilled their commitment and played up to and including that date. They also ensured that they gave the appropriate notice of withdrawal and asked not to be re-enrolled, which was acknowledged and confirmed by Lewis. When the date quoted by Lewis passed, he contacted my son stating that was only the first block of the season and they had another 11 weeks to play. My son asked on numerous occasions why Lewis had quoted a final game date which he then tried to change. He actually responded referring to the terms and conditions which say a season lasts between 18-22 weeks and stated that head office issue the fixtures?! I advised my son not to play another match and as per previous threads Lewis is threatening legal proceedings. I intend to continue to respond to the correspondence, by email, to ensure I have a formal record of everything. Has anyone done this and challenged them? I’ve also asked, on numerous occasions, for more information on the claims that Soccersixes are affiliated to the FA. But again Lewis is ignoring that question. I’ve been trying to contact the FA by email to alert them to the bullying tactics used by a company claiming to be affiliated to them but getting an appropriate email address is proving impossible. As anyone been able to flag to the FA? I've also emailed BBC Watchdog to ask them to investigate. I’m so angry at the way this company are scamming young people. Thanks
