"Yvette" obviousy has no interest and hasn't even read your email properly.

Your email said "I have tried to sensibly approach them before contacting you, but they are adamant that I have to pay £150."

So, what has has she done?... "Passed on your concerns to Wise Parking"... pathetic!

Also, "PALS office is unable to assist at this time". Of course they can! They are the organ grinders!

I think a more aggresive follow up email may be in order.

As far as we know.  I found it on a FOI request someone had sent the hospital. 

That's the best we can do.  We don't have CEO details for every organisation in the country.  See what you can find yourself.

As Nick says, I see PALS are being pathetic, but at least they say they have passed the matter on to the Head of Security at the hospital.  Wait 48 hours and see if you get any answer from that department.

PALS really be adamant just throw back our case to Wise, and no surprise that Wise just respond unreasonably to us again, please see attached 

Thanks for you all kind guidance and help.

However seems PALS has change mind to no longer help any patients fighting back unreasonable PCN, or even such parking charge will become Hospital income!

Nothing still... Seems they all now just cooperate with Wise Parking for money...

Well that looks like the end of the line with trying to get the hospital to intervene.

Your choice now.

You can pay Wise £150 and the matter goes away.

Or you can refuse to pay them.  If you decide to do this we will back you all the way.

We have never seen Wise take anyone to court.  Mind you, we only have four Wise threads, including yours.

Thanks for providing information regarding to a new regulation, may I know whether such regulation been law enforced or still under discussion? 

If it has been enforced, it means Wise Parking has broken law, because it hasn't been stated on PCN letter to charge us £150, so that £150 is "additional costs over and above the level of a parking charge or parking tariff as originally issued" 

If Wise Parking has broken law, it means they have committed crime? So they have no reason to take us Court? Vice versa we should report them to police or any law enforcement unit?
