Yes, 8% interest is not bad nowadays – and we would have been pleased to have it – if it was us you had in mind  😎

Yes – probably too complicated now. Don't worry and let's focus on getting your claim sorted out.

Okay, don't worry about QVC. Your claim is against Evri. I don't think we realise that you are still paying QVC – but as you are proceeding against Evri, you should continue paying them for the moment.

Apply for judgement immediately although they will leave it to the last moment and they will file a defence. It would be most unusual if they didn't.

Nothing new here. We will deal with it later on after you have received the DQ.

Are you going to go to mediation or are you prepared to take it to trial

Yes that is right. Also you want the matter to be heard in your local court because you are a private individual and they are a well resourced company even though they are the defendant

Yes that's right. Let us know when you get a mediation date.

Do your reading – but don't forget you are entitled to every penny that you are claiming. EVRi are simply wasting time and they are wasting taxpayers money and simply trying to make you regret that you had never started your claim – and making sure that you are held up as an example to others who are less confident then you.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
